| Kitchen Equipment |
| The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils, electric water jug, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave oven. Please leave the fridge ‘ON’, on departure. |

| Electricity |
| 230 volts, so your British equipment will work, but bring an adaptor for your personal equipment. |

| Bedding |
| Is provided and laundered by the owners. For two-weekly bookings (or more) clean bed linen i.e. bottom sheets, top sheets and top pillow cases will be exchanged on Saturday mornings. |

| Linen |
| The owners provide all towels, pool towels, tea towels and dish cloths.
The towels will be changed weekly together with the other linen. |

| Laundry |
| Automatic washing machine. (Washing machine liquid soap is not provided.) |
|
| Cleaning |
| Cleaning materials and equipment are provided. You are responsible for leaving the cottage and its contents as you found it. If, in the opinion of the owners the property has not been satisfactorily cleaned, a charge of £35 (45 €uros) will be deducted from the breakage deposit. |

| Occupancy |
| THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 10 WILL NOT BE EXCEEDED. Infants and young children should be included when stating the total numbers in your party. |

| Swimming Pool |
| All equipment (especially the pool) is used at your own risk. The safety fencing is provided to protect young children from accidentally entering the pool area and the gate must not be interfered with. NO DIVING OR JUMPING INTO THE POOL IS PERMITTED. NO BREAKABLE OR GLASS ITEMS ARE PERMITTED WITHIN THE SAFETY FENCING AROUND THE POOL.
CHILDREN SHOULD REMAIN UNDER YOUR SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES.
Unauthorised entry to the pump house is prohibited. |
