No pets of any description are allowed in the house or grounds.
Smoking
The law requires that there be no smoking in the gîte. Smokers are requested to smoke outside, well away from the entries, using the sand trays provided. (Be aware of fire risks with discarded cigarettes).
Arrival/Departure
Lettings run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival times are between 16.30 hr and 20.00 hr. (French time). Departure time should be no later than 10.30hr in the morning.
Keys
The owners will be there to welcome you and hand you the keys to the cottage. Keys should be returned to the owners before departure.

The owners cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or damage to persons or their property incurred whilst using the cottage, grounds or swimming pool at Le Grand Bost.
Insurance is NOT provided and it is recommended that you take out your own holiday insurance.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Completing, signing or sending the on-line booking form implies knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Party Leader
The person completing, signing or returning the on-line booking form shall be deemed the party leader and is responsible for all members of his/her party adhering to these terms and conditions.
