| Should be made in writing by completing the booking form. Please call first or click here to check availability.
All lettings run from 1630
hrs Saturday afternoon until 1030 hrs the following Saturday (French time)
Please note the cottage will not be available until 1630 hrs.

| Payment |
| 20% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking. On receipt of your deposit & booking form we will send you confirmation that your letting is reserved. The deposit is accepted as part payment of the total cost of your letting.
Balance of total cost of the letting must be paid (and received) PLUS damage deposit, 5 weeks in advance of arrival date. A reminder will NOT be sent. |

| Reservations |
| Within 5 weeks of arrival date should be paid in full when returning the booking form. |
|
| Deposit |
| Will automatically be forfeit if the letting is cancelled later than fourteen full weeks before the start of the letting (before this the deposit is refunded minus £25 or 40 euros administration charge) or if the balance of the total cost is not paid as stipulated in Payment. |

| Breakage Deposit |
| Of £100 or 155 euros is payable 5 weeks before the start of the letting date. Providing no damage has been caused (this does not include fair wear and tear or petty breakages up to the value of £5 or 8 euros), will be refunded to your home address within 14 days of your departure. |

| Inventory |
| No inventory will be issued on arrival. We trust that you will tell us of all breakages, however small, so that we are aware and can replace an identical item in time for our next guests. (This allows us to maintain conformity) |

| Cancellation by the client |
| If for any reason the owners are obliged to cancel the client’s booking due to unforeseen circumstances, all monies paid will be refunded in full. |
